Jason was born and raised in LaMoure, ND. He attended North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. Jason worked at IR Bobcat for 15 years before starting his career in insurance in 2008.
Jason, and his wife Kimberly, have two children. They love to attend sporting events, spend time with family and friends, and Jason loves to hunt and fish.

Chad is originally from Arthur, ND. He attended the University of North Dakota and began his insurance career in 2004.
Chad, his wife Quinn, and their 3 children reside in Harwood, ND. The family loves to spend their summers at the lake, entertaining friends and family and traveling whenever possible.
